<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming an inkjet pattern, in which a high-quality color filter and an organic functional element can be produced without changing a driving voltage by nozzle, without using inks of two or more concentrations, and without deteriorating the quality of the color filter or that of the organic functional element due to the nonuniformity of the discharged amount of the ink, caused by the dispersion in the amount of the ink of each nozzle. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming the inkjet pattern includes a means for selecting the nozzle effective in discharging the ink, by using the nozzle parameter information to be used for driving an inkjet nozzle head unit and the substrate parameter information to be used for showing the position of a pixel on a substrate; a mechanism for calculating the number of drops of the ink to be discharged from the effective nozzle, by using reference data and a multivalued error diffusion method; and a means for selecting the nozzle to be used for increasing or reducing the calculated number of ink drops. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
