<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar charger with a simple structure which gets rid of noises caused by transfer of bar materials and has a mechanism which can perform first-in first-out. <P>SOLUTION: The bar charger 10 includes: a heating part 12 having heating coils 14; and a supply part 20 having transfer rollers 22 supplying the bar materials to the heating part 12 and a bar rack 24 storing the bar materials to be supplied to the transfer rollers 22. In the supply part 20, cooling tables 30 are provided which cool the bar materials returned from the heating part 12 through the transfer rollers 22. In the bar charger 10, a transfer mechanism 40 is provided which includes: travelling bogies 42 moving among the bar rack 24, the transfer rollers 22 and the cooling tables 30; and hooks 48 lifting the bar materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
