PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device, along with a lighting device and lighting fixture, capable of determining whether an output capacitor possessed by a DC-DC converter is in the end stage of a life time. SOLUTION: The DC-DC converter 1 includes the output capacitor C1 which constitutes an output end, and a switching element Q1 which turns on/off charging to the output capacitor C1 from a diode bridge DB. A lifetime decision part 3 determines whether the output capacitor C1 is in the end stage of the lifetime on the basis of both-end voltages Vdc of the output capacitor C1 with a lapse of a prescribed time after turning on/off the switching element Q1 is started.
