PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker of high usability capable of drying the inside of a heating chamber after termination of steam cooking, in a heating cooker including a steam cooking function. SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes the heating chamber 15 having an opening section 15d at its front face and receiving a cooked object, a door 16 for openably and closably closing the opening section 15d of the heating chamber 15, a heat source 62 for heating the air, a hot air fan 61 for distributing the air heated by the heat source 62 to the heating chamber 15, a steam supply section for supplying the steam into the heating chamber 15 from a steam port 86 facing the heating chamber 15, a door sensor for detecting the opening of the door 16, and a control section for driving and controlling the heat source 62 and the hot air fan 61. When the opening of the door 16 is detected by the door sensor when the steam cooking of the steam supply section is terminated, the control section controls the air distribution by driving the hot air fan 61.
