PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decide on display conditions of a form image to observe the form of a subject. SOLUTION: A database 33c saves a function image and a form image and imaging conditions inputted by a user. An image and imaging conditions reading section 33d reads a function image and a form image specified by the user and imaging conditions from the database 33c. A display conditions reading section 33e reads display conditions agreeing with imaging conditions read in the image and imaging conditions reading section 33d from an imaging conditions-display conditions relation table storage section 33f, and reads the parameters of the display conditions from a display conditions storage section 33g. A display control section 33h displays the function image and the form image read in the image and imaging conditions reading section 33d. In the display of the form image, the display control section 33h adjusts the display conditions of an image on the basis of the parameters of the display conditions read in the display conditions reading section 33e.
