The hand two-wheeler trolley has a device for overcoming close and deep obstacles, whose underbody (1) is implemented in form of a hard framework (2) and has axle (3) with two wheels (4) fixed at the end of the axle and a grip (5) is provided. The underbody is provided with a cylinder (7), within which a concealable bar (8) with a wheel of a smaller diameter is accommodated at their end.
