PURPOSE: A steel pipe girder with a composite cross section thickness is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by minimizing material waste. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe girder with a composite cross section thickness comprises spools(1a-1,1a-2), a transverse bulkhead, and longitudinal bulkheads. The spools are longitudinally connected to each other in a pipe shape. The spools have the same diameter and different thicknesses. The transverse bulkhead is attached on the inner bottom of the spools. A gap between the bottom surface of the transverse bulkhead and the inner surface of the spools is filled with concrete. The longitudinal bulkheads are formed in both ends of one spool. The inside the other spool is filled with concrete. |
