PURPOSE: A method for constructing a finishing material using a hollow-type compression molded cement panel and a bidirectional fixing clip with a heat isolation function is provided to integrate a finishing work and a heat isolating work. CONSTITUTION: A method for constructing a finishing material using a hollow-type compression molded cement panel and a bidirectional fixing clip with a heat isolation function is as follows. A panel supporter, used as a frame, is installed in the inner wall or the outer wall of a building. A hollow-type compression molded cement panel is installed in the panel supporter to conveniently perform a heat isolating work. The joint parts of the cement panel are sealed using non-staining silicone. An aqueous soft insulation material is spread on a space between the inner wall or the outer wall and the cement panel. Heat isolating paint is spread on the cement panel to block heat and light.
