Disclosed is a hydrogenated block copolymer composition containing (i) 5-95% by mass of a hydrogenated block copolymer which is a hydrogenated product of a copolymer of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene and has the characteristics (1)-(4) described below, and (ii) 5-95% by mass of at least one kind of olefin resin. (1) At least one of the following polymer blocks (b) and (c) is contained. (b) a hydrogenated copolymer block composed of a vinyl aromatic compound and a conjugated diene (c) a hydrogenated polymer block mainly composed of a conjugated diene (2) The vinyl aromatic compound content in the block (b) is 40-80% by mass. (3) The content of the block (c) in the component (i) is 20-80% by mass. (4) The viscoelasticity measurement chart of the hydrogenated block copolymer (i) shows at least one tan d (loss tangent) peak in the range of not less than 0°C but not more than 60°C and at least one tan d (loss tangent) peak in the range of less than 0°C.
