PURPOSE: A soundproof panel is provided to facilitate maintenance, repair, and replacement since a surface member can be separated therefrom though a main body is coupled with a post. CONSTITUTION: A soundproof panel comprises a main body(20) and a surface member(30). The main body is inserted into posts(10) and is laminated vertically. The surface member is coupled with the front and rear surfaces of the main body to be separated from the main body. The surface member is projected forward or backward more than the post. The main body and the surface member comprise a joint having an uneven structure.
