<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout cap which improves the sealability of a spout part, by forming a spouting passage in a part between the top wall of a cap body and a seal lid closely attached to the top wall. <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed is a spout cap formed of: a cap body 12 whose mounting cylinder 14 attached to a spout part of a container body has its top surface enclosed with a top wall 16 while a communicating hole 18 is opened with a distance provided between itself and the outer periphery of the top wall; and a sealing lid 24 for enclosing the communicating hole. The sealing lid 24 is formed of a thin and flexible lid material closely attached liquid-tightly and unpeelably to the top wall around the communicating hole 18 except a peripheral part, while the spouting passage 26 is formed between the lid material part which forms a peripheral part of the top wall and the top wall part corresponding thereto.
