<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accident prevention monitoring control system for avoiding an accident while notifying an operator that it is close to a dangerous distance, and for, even when the worst case (vehicle body contact) occurs, preventing it from expanding to a significant accident. <P>SOLUTION: This monitoring control device 7 is provided with: a location information acquisition means 11 for acquiring location information related with a crane truck 8 obtained based on a signal from a GPS satellite 5; a transmission line information storage means 12 for storing information related with a transmission line located within the prescribed range of the crane truck 8; a collation means 13 for collating location information related with the crane truck 8 with location information related with the transmission line 3; an isolation distance determination means 14 for determining the isolation distance of the crane truck 8 and the transmission line 3 based on the collation result of the collation means 13; a warning issuing means 15 for issuing a warning to the crane truck 8 when the isolation distance determined by the isolation distance determination means 14 is shorter than a prescribed safety distance; and an automatic restoration device control means 18 for controlling the propriety of the use of the automatic restoration device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
