摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector device that achieves miniaturization, lightweight and lower price. <P>SOLUTION: The X-ray detector device includes a plurality of bright pixels 41 having sensitivity to light by X-ray made incident and a plurality of dark pixels 42 having no sensitivity to the light by the X-ray made incident. A plurality of selection lines 23 and a plurality of signal lines 24 are connected to the bright pixels 41 and the dark pixels 42. Each signal line 24 of the bright pixels 41 is connected to each integral amplifier 35, and the plurality of signal lines 24 of the dark pixels 42 are combined and connected to one integral amplifier 35. A signal output from the integral amplifier 35 connected in each signal line 24 of the bright pixels 41 is corrected by a signal output from the integral amplifier 35 to which the plurality of signal lines 24 of the dark pixels 42 are combined and connected.
