<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new material compositions that allow toner to release from a fuser member without using a release fluid or with using a significantly little release fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The fuser member includes a substrate 102 and a top coat layer 106 including a hyper nanocomposite 106' disposed over the substrate 102, wherein the hyper nanocomposite 106' can include the top coat layer 106 comprising a plurality of nanoparticles 105 substantially uniformly dispersed in one or more cross-linked hyperbranched polymers 103 selected from the group consisting of polycarbosilane, polycarbosilixane or polycarobosiloxane, polycarbosilazene, and polyfluorocarbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
