摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve S1 handover even when wireless base stations having wireless base station identification information eNB ID of different lengths are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile communication method includes: a step A wherein a wireless base station HeNB#3 reports an eNB ID#30 and a TAI#B to an exchange MME when establishing an S1 connection with the exchange MME or when changing the configuration of the wireless base station HeNB#3, and a step B wherein the exchange MME associates and then manages the received eNB ID#30 and TAI#B. In the step A, the wireless base station HeNB#3 reports a 20-bit length eNB ID#30 to the exchange MME when operating in Open mode, and in the step A, the wireless base station HeNB#3 reports a 28-bit length eNB ID#30 to the exchange MME when operating in Closed/Hybrid mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
