<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer dispersed liquid crystal display device which has a high display quality and is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer dispersed liquid crystal display device has a reflecting layer 220, color filters 230, and a counter electrode 240 formed in this order on a rear substrate 210 and has pixel electrodes 120 formed on a front substrate 110 so as to face the color filters 230, wherein each pixel electrode 120 is connected to the source electrode of a TFT 130. A scanning line 140 is connected to the gate electrode of the TFT 130, and a signal line 150 is connected to the drain electrode of the TFT 130. The counter electrode 240 side of the rear substrate 210 and the pixel electrode 120 side of the front substrate 110 are stuck to each other so as to form a uniform gap, and a liquid crystal layer 300 wherein liquid crystal molecules 320 are dispersed in a polymer network 310 is held in this gap. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
