<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining simulation device, or the like, for performing high-speed calculations, and allowing acquisition of sufficient accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The machining simulation device 1 includes a storage part 9 storing tool shape data, work shape data before machining simulation, finished shape data, and holder shape data; a tool path generating part 19 for generating tool path data by use of the tool shape data and the finished shape data; a holder path generating part 21 for generating holder path data, wherein a holder does not interfere with a finished shape by use of the holder shape data and the finished shape data; a holder interference avoidance tool path generating part 23 for generating holder interference avoidance tool path data, wherein the holder does not interfere with the finished shape by the use of the tool path data and the holder path data; and a machining simulating part 25 for performing the machining simulation by the use of the tool shape data and the holder interference avoidance tool path data to generate the work shape data, after the machining simulation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
