PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic substrate, capable of improving positional precision of an electrode pattern. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the ceramic substrate, a precedent ceramic substrate is fabricated and degrees of change of the precedent ceramic substrate and a precedent electrode pattern up to a process of fabricating the precursor ceramic substrate are recognized. Then an electrode pattern calculated from the degrees of change of the precedent ceramic substrate and precedent electrode pattern is formed on a ceramic green sheet to improve the positional precision of the electrode pattern.
