PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure earthquake impact force acting on an underground buried object of a structure by visualizing the impact force. SOLUTION: In a system of measuring earthquake impact force, a pressure-sensitive color developer 5 obtained by keeping a dye or pigment having different hues based on rupture strengths encapsulated into a plurality of types of microcapsules 8 having different rupture strengths, and by arranging the microcapsules based on the rupture strengths is provided at an impact force measurement region such as an underground pile 2 of a structure 1, and the earthquake impact force received by the underground pile is measured by the hue of the dye or pigment that develops by breaking the microcapsules in accordance with the earthquake impact force received by the underground pile.
