PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled type cooling device which prevents foreign matters from blocking the cooling liquid passage in the casing while suppressing performance degradation. SOLUTION: The corrugated plate radiation fin 18 of the liquid-cooled type cooling device has a corrugated top 20, a corrugated bottom 21, and a connection 22. The radiation fin 18 is provided with a plurality of offset parts 18B at intervals so that the part between the adjacent offset parts 18B serves as a base part 18A. The connections 22 of the base part 18A and the adjacent offset part 18B are separated in the longitudinal direction, and the corrugated tops 20 and the corrugated bottoms 21 are connected respectively through bridging parts 23 and 24. An opening 25 is formed between the connection 22 of the base part 18A and the connection 22 of the adjacent offset part 18B. The width of the opening 25 is set equal to or wider than the minimum interval between the adjacent connections 22 of the base part 18A and the offset part 18B of the radiation fin 18.
