PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic electrolytic capacitor providing high-quality sounds in use for audio equipment while avoiding cost increase. SOLUTION: In the electrolytic capacitor formed such that an anode foil 1 and a cathode foil 2 of a valve metal are superimposed and wound via an electrolytic paper 3, a glass powder 40 is contained in the surface of the electrolytic paper 3.
