PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical device using a versatile optical system and having high detection sensitivity, and to provide an analyzer, and an easy and inexpensive method for manufacturing the analytical device. SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 includes: the analytical device 5 including a specimen liquid introduction port 10 for introducing specimen liquid, a measuring part 20 for measuring the specimen liquid introduced from the specimen liquid introduction port, and a specimen liquid discharge port 30 for receiving the specimen liquid discharged from the measuring part; a light irradiator 50 for irradiating the measuring part 20 of the analytical device 5 with inspection light; and a photodetector 60 for detecting measurement light from the measuring part 20 of the analytical device 5. The measuring part 20 comprises a channel whose aspect ratio d/w between a depth d and a width w is 3 or more, and whose width w is below 50μm, and a depth direction of the channel agrees with an optical path direction of inspection light and the measurement light passing the channel.
