PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that pastes using various kinds of fine particles are normally classified into a thermosetting type and a photosetting type, a thermosetting paste takes long time for curing or induces pattern collapse or movement of adhered components during curing by heating, and that although a photosetting paste can be cured in a short time, a portion not irradiated with light remains as not cured, resulting in poor durability. SOLUTION: A photothermal curable paste is provided, which is cured with light in a portion irradiated with light and cured by heat in a portion not irradiated with light, by using a mixture of fine particles coated with a monomolecular film including double bonds and photosetting and thermosetting polymerization initiators.
