PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based resin foamed sheet molding having excellent heat and impact resistances. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-based resin foamed sheet molding is formed by thermoforming a polylactic acid-based resin foamed sheet formed from a polylactic acid-based resin composition containing a polylactic acid-based resin, has a degree of crystallinity of≥25%, and produces an exothermic peak in the range of 130-170°C in heat flux differential scanning calorimetry at a heating rate of 5°C/min.
