PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a strong yarn knot in a short stranding part and a device thereof, without an appearance of a defect such as yarn loosens and an end projects, since initial yarn and switching yarn are beautifully separated without being mixed in the stranding part. SOLUTION: The initial yarn 1 and the switching yarn 2 are twisted twice in a twisting part C by a rotary shaft 15 with a nozzle, and after cutting by leaving the length for folding back the initial yarn 1, air is jetted from yarn sending nozzles 14a and 15b, and the initial yarn 1 and the initial yarn tip 1a, and the switching yarn 2 and the switching yarn tip 2a are stranded while folding back, and the initial yarn side forms an stranding part T1, and the switching yarn 2 side forms an stranding part T2 with the twisting part C as a boundary line, and is switched to the switching yarn 2, so that the initial yarn and the switching yarn are beautifully separated without being mixed even in spun yarn and hand spun silk yarn (such as Operon (R), spandex and nylon), and a novel strong yarn knot can be performed even in the short stranding part, and the defect such as the yarn loosens and the end projects can be further surely prevented.
