PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need of a slide core when molding a molding body, and prevent a sink of a design surface while showing high mounting strength. SOLUTION: A pair of molding engaging parts 21a, 21b are formed on both sides nipping an outer plate engaging part 20 of a clip 2, respectively, and directions for engaging a pair of through holes 13 formed on an engaging rib 11 of the molding body 1 with a pair of the molding engaging parts 21a, 21b are opposed to each other. Failures such that the clip 2 is mounted to the molding body 1 in a twisted manner can be prevented in advance, so as to improve accuracy for mounting a vehicle outer plate 3 to the molding body 1.
