PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear body structure of vehicle, capable of concurrently satisfying assurance of a minimum ground clearance and capacity of luggage compartment. SOLUTION: The rear body structure of vehicle includes: a luggage compartment floor 24 constituting a rear floor and having a downward swelling spare tire pan 28; a pair of right and left rear side frames 6 arranged on both right and left sides of the luggage compartment floor and extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction; a sub frame 14 connected to the rear side frame and supporting a suspension member 12 of a rear wheel 10; and a silencer 30 disposed over the vehicle width direction between the sub frame and the spare tire pan.
