PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial filter with excellent electric characteristics and an increased amount of attenuation on the low frequency side near the passband, and to provide a radio communication module using the coaxial filter, and radio communication equipment. SOLUTION: The coaxial filter is provided with: a dielectric block 10; a plurality of internal conductors arranged on inner surfaces of first through holes 21a-21f formed from a first principal plane of the dielectric block 10 to a second principal plane facing thereto and arranged in a line at intervals, and each having one end connected to a ground potential; and external conductors arranged on the inner surface of second through holes 22 formed from the first principal plane of the dielectric block 10 to the second principal plane or on the side surface of the dielectric block 10, connected to the ground potential, and spaced from the plurality of internal conductors so as to surround the whole of the plurality of internal conductors. All the first through holes 21a-21f have the same diameter, and intervals between the internal conductors and the external conductors of a part of the internal conductors are smaller than those of other internal conductors.
