PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of inhibiting early peeling caused by hydrogen brittleness. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing is provided with a plurality of balls 13 which are in contact with an outer ring 11 and an inner ring 12 and are rollably disposed in an annular raceway. At least one of the bearing members, which are the outer ring 11, the inner ring 12 and the balls 13, consists of SUJ2 in accordance with a JIS standard, and has an electrical resistivity of 28 μΩcm or less in the atmosphere at room temperature.
