<p>A sample rack (1) has placed therein sample holding containers (6) in which liquid samples are contained, and is cooled through a cooling device (8). The sample rack (1) is provided with containing sections (40) in which the sample holding containers (6) are contained, and with grooves (11) which are formed at an inclination in the bottom surfaces of the containing sections (40). The bottom surfaces of the containing sections (40) and the grooves (11) are communicated with each other, and dew condensation water introduced into the grooves (11) is discharged to the outside of the sample rack (1) through openings (12) provided in a side surface of the sample rack (1). The configuration allows the dew condensation water to be positively discharged, and this improves the workability of removing the sample rack and the ability to cool the samples.</p> |
