PURPOSE: A fuel cell system operation method is provided to minimize the exhaust of carbon dioxide with high greenhouse effects despite a reformation using hydrocarbon by producing hydrogen rich gas using triple reformation reaction. CONSTITUTION: fuel cell system operation method comprises the steps of: preheating natural gas(32) from which sulfur is removed, steam and anode off gas and supplying them to a triple reformer to prepare a hydrogen mixture gas including hydrogen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the triple reformation catalyst; supplying the hydrogen mixture gas to an aqueous gas conversion reactor to prepare hydrogen rich gas(37) in which the carbon monoxide is reduced; supplying the hydrogen rich gas in which the carbon monoxide is reduced to an carbon monoxide-selective oxidizing reactor and mixing with pure oxygen to lower the CO concentration to 10ppm or less. |
