PURPOSE: A method for writing an e-mail message using a mobile phone is provided to easily insert a desired image to the body of an e-mail by only inputting a characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs text to the main body of an e-mail message. The user selects a part of text from the inputted text. A mobile phone executes a multimedia search function or a map search function with a selected text. The mobile phone displays a search result. The mobile phone inserts the selected multimedia or map data to the main body of the e-mail message.
