PURPOSE: A puffed grain snack producing machine is provided to pre-heat a mold before inserting grains, using a controller to prevent the generation of non-puffed grains. CONSTITUTION: A puffed grain snack producing machine comprises the following: a base frame(100) including a space unit; a mold(200) located on the front side of the space unit, for puffing grains supplied into the space unit; a grain supply unit(300) supplying the grains for puffing; a grain conveying unit transferring the grain supplied from the grain supply unit to the mold; a mold pressurizing unit moving an upper mold and a lower mold for pressurizing; a driver transferring the torque to the mold pressurizing unit; an open cam rotated by the driver; and a controller(800). |
