发明名称 Volume hologram laminate production method with recording layer comprising radically polymerizable and cationic polymerizable monomers
摘要 In a method of producing a volume hologram laminate, the processes that follow are sequentially carried out to a laminate obtained by partially coating and forming on a substrate 1 a resin layer 2 and then coating and forming on the substrate, adjacent to the resin layer, a volume hologram recording layer 3 comprising a radically polymerizable monomer and a cationic polymerizable monomer. First, an aging treatment is conducted to the laminate and the polymerizable monomer is transited to the resin layer. Second, a hologram exposing process is carried out, exposing the laminate with laser from the substrate side. Third, there is a hologram fixing process, conducting a heating treatment and an ultraviolet exposure treatment to move the polymerizable monomer between the resin layer and the volume hologram recording material layer, fixing a hologram. The method is further characterized in that a volume hologram based on the polymerizable monomer transited from the adjacent volume hologram recording material layer is formed on the resin layer; and further in that regenerated-center wavelengths of a part of the laminate with the resin layer and a part of the laminate provided with no resin layer are different.
