PURPOSE: A sheet-type composite molding material emitting far infrared rays and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve problems on atopy and sick house syndrome by adsorbing toxic gas or heavy metal radiated in chemical materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sheet-type composite molding material emitting far infrared rays comprises the steps of: mixing an unsaturated polyester resin, polystyrene, styrene, zinc stearate, calcium carbonate and other additives to prepare a resin mixture; adding stone powder and phytoncide to the resin mixture to prepare a resin composition; applying the resin composition to one side of a first film(10); laminating cut glass fiber(41) on one side of the first film to which the resin composition is applied; applying the resin composition to one side of a second film(20); laminating the resin composition between the first film and the second film; and laminating the resin composition; and laminating the resin composition between the first film and the second film with glass fiber.
