To provide an apparatus and method which can perform combustion for suppressing the resynthesis of dioxins generated during incineration, neutralization treatment, and the removal of suspended particulate matter efficiently and inexpensively. A two-stage swirling fluidized bed incinerator system comprising: a two-stage swirling fluidized bed incinerator including a first-stage swirling fluidized bed chamber, a second-stage gas swirl chamber, a gas combustion chamber, a gas cooling chamber, an exhaust gas chamber, and an exhaust tube; and a wet ultrasonic dust collector and a heat exchanger provided in a fluid communication state between the gas cooling chamber and the exhaust gas chamber, and adapted to utilize thermal energy heat-exchanged by the heat exchanger for the incinerator. |
