PURPOSE: A system for collecting contaminants from seawater using ultrasonic standing wave and a method for collecting the contaminants from the seawater using the same are provided to implement a contaminant separation process in real time by implementing the separation process under the flowing state of the seawater with the contaminants. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting contaminants from seawater using ultrasonic standing wave includes an inlet(100), a ultrasonic standing wave channel(300), a contaminant collector(500). Contaminated seawater(20) with contaminants and seawater(30) is introduced through the inlet. The contaminated seawater is introduced into the channel and flows through the longitudinal direction of the channel. Ultrasonic standing wave filed is generated in the channel. A contaminants flowing path(60) is separated from a seawater flowing path(50). The contaminant collector collects the contaminants at an outlet(400). |
