PURPOSE: A device for removing nitrogen dioxide of exhaust gas using a double injection method is provided to reduce the nitrogen dioxide emission concentration since a reducing agent has nitrogen dioxide elimination reaction in an optimal reaction region in spite of temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A reducing agent emitting device ejects reducing agent to a waste heat recovery boiler(15) in order to reduce the nitrogen dioxide of the exhaust gas flowing in the boiler. The reducing agent emitting device comprises first and second reducing agent emitting part. The first reducing agent emitting part is arranged between an inlet(4) and superheater module of boiler. The second reducing agent emitting part is arranged at the rear end of the superheater module. If the backend temperature of the superheater module is less than 300°C, the reducing agent is sprayed from only the first reducing agent emitting part.
