PURPOSE: A double guide device of creep-feed grinder is provided to stably guide the repeated vertical motion of a spindle and to precisely process a workpiece. CONSTITUTION: A double guide device of creep-feed grinder comprises first and second guide devices(350,360). The first guide device is composed of a ball guide block(351) and a protruding guide part(352). The ball guide block is fixed to the inner side of housing(301). A guide groove(351a) is formed in one side of an exterior wall. A part of ball(351b) is exposed out through the guide groove. The guide part guides the movement of a transfer panel. The guide part is fixed to one side of the transfer panel and is inserted into the guide groove of the ball guide block. A first roller guide(361) of the second guide device is installed on the contact surface of a transfer panel(303), which contacts with the front side of the guide rail to rotate. |
