PURPOSE: An elastic heel and footwear using the same are provided to maintain sense of security during walking and to control elastic force. CONSTITUTION: An elastic heel comprises: a heel main body in which an empty space is formed on the lower surface in the constant depth; an elastic member(202) which is inserted into the empty space of the heel main body and is accepted; a surface contact member(203) which is formed in the lower part of the elastic member and is projected from the lower part of the heel main body; and cloth(204) which is detachably combined with the lower surface of the heel main body and in which a hole is formed. |
