PURPOSE: A device for inspecting an LED is provided to reduce inspection time by simultaneously or successively inspecting all LEDs on a lead frame without separating the LED from the lead frame. CONSTITUTION: A jig body(11) has buttons(10) on both sides thereof and receives a lead frame assembly with a plurality of LED chips. A pair of PCB terminals(12a,12b) face each other and are in contact with an LED chip in a row. The PCB buttons are interlocked with the button. A pair of grippers are narrowed or widened by the force of a spring. The PCB terminals are combined with the upper side of the grippers. |
