<p>PURPOSE: A system for automatically controlling the lamps in a building and a method thereof are provided to check the existence of a people in an office. CONSTITUTION: A building management server(30) turns on a plurality of lamps which are included in the searched lamp list. If an office worker gets off from an office, the building management server searches the related lamp list corresponding to the office worker. The building management server determines whether one or more lamps about the office worker ID and the lamp list exist. If the lamp in the list exists, the building management server turns off the lamps excluding lamps in the list.</p> |
