<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a best-before date management method and a best-before date management system, capable of certainly searching for and doing away with a commodity having an expired best-before date. <P>SOLUTION: This system has: an IC tag 10 allowing the setting of detection conditions of a best-before date alarm provided in each commodity individual, for calculating a best-before date thereof; a data collection part 5 provided in utensil units, putting together the best-before date alarms from the IC tags each provided in each the commodity; and a server 20 receiving output of the data collection parts 5 to manage the best-before dates of all the commodities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
