The present invention provides a vehicle collision determination device (50, 50A, 50B) that performs a side collision determination based on acceleration data acquired from first side satellite sensors (20R1, 20R2, 20R3) and second side satellite sensors (20L1, 20L2, 20L3) provided on a first side surface and a second side surface of the vehicle (100) and controls activation of an occupant protection system based on a result of the side collision determination.
