PURPOSE: A digital image signal processing device and method thereof are provided to form a data patch which can generate same size output image. CONSTITUTION: A digital image signal processing device includes a plurality of line memories(221~223), a line memory control unit(210), a data patch generating unit(230), a filtering unit(240). The line memory control unit controls an input image data to be outputted from the line memories. The data patch generating unit generates a data patch for noise removing filtering.
