PURPOSE: A batch annealing furnace heat treating method of steel sheet for drum is provided to satisfy required mechanical property by drawing the optimum condition of box annealing thermal processes. CONSTITUTION: A batch annealing furnace heat treating method of steel sheet for drum comprises the next step. A steel sheet is heated for around 13 hours. The heating is performed in heating maintenance temperature 610±5°C for annealing time 10±1 hours. A steel sheet for drum is made from carbon(C) 0.03~0.05%, manganese(Mn) 0.15~0.25%, silicon(Si) less than 0.03%, phosphorus(P) less than 0.02%, sulfur(S) less than 0.015%, aluminum(Al) 0.02~0.06%, nitrogen(N) 0.0025~0.0070%, chrome(Cr) 0.03~0.09%, the rest iron(Fe) and the inevitable impurity. |
