<p>The device has a beam protruding from a base, and a rope i.e. synthetic rope, guided over a point of the beam from the base. A gripping or fixing device is provided for gripping or fixing a load, which is fixed at an end of the rope, where the end is guided over the point of the beam. The beam is movable relative to the base and/or together with the base. The rope is made of Dyneema (RTM: ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) fibers. Additional fibers e.g. glass fibers, carbon fibers or copper fibers, are woven in the rope. The rope has a coating made of plastic fibers.</p> |
