PURPOSE: A food composition is provided to prevent problems caused by eating meat and fast food, by offering vegetarian meat to users containing a helianthus tuberosus extract. CONSTITUTION: A food composition contains 30~60% of gluten, 10~30% of helianthus tuberosus extract, 3~8% of corn starch, 10~30% of soybean powder, 10~15% of beet juice, 3~8% of onion, 10~15% of laminaria japonica, 0.6~0.75% of salt, 15~35% of oligosaccharide or black sugar, 0.1~0.5% of perilla oil, and 1~3% of egg.
