A respiratory device for conditioning respiratory gases, comprises a first intermediate channel (2) and a housing (3) placed in fluid communication with the first intermediate channel (2) and containing a conditioning member (40); the device (1) also comprises a second intermediate channel (6) connected to the first intermediate channel (2); the device (1) further comprises an automatic valve (10) capable of selectively opening the second intermediate channel (6) and excluding the first intermediate channel (2), the automatic valve (10) being activated when an external element (11), such as an aerosol delivery device, is inserted inside of it.
