PURPOSE: A washing method and washing machine are provided to perform various motions by having maximum speed of a drum. CONSTITUTION: A control unit continuously rotates a durum to a predetermined direction by a control of a driving unit to drop a laundry in a drum at less height of a drum height(S310). The control unit continuously rotates a drum to a constant direction by controlling the driving unit(S320). The control unit performs acceleration and deceleration of a drum of the drum(S330). |
